We incur expenses of the tour in multiple currencies, depending on the countries we are visiting. Your air tickets, visa, documentation, some part of land arrangements and miscellaneous expenses are paid in Indian currency whereas your land arrangements like hotel\/cruise booking, meals, coach, sightseeing, train or ferry tickets, etc. are done in foreign currency. You have to pay the Registration Amount while making the booking. You will have to make your next payment between 90 and 75 days before departure, or before visa processing, whichever is earlier. This payment covers the Foreign Currency part of your price. The exact amount in Indian Rupees depend on the prevailing exchange rate.
